1. Agreement to these terms

By using this website or calling (205) 555-0100, you agree to these Terms of Service and to all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the phone line.

2. We are a referral service, not the contractor

Alabama HVAC Experts is a referral service operated by ADE Marketing. We connect homeowners in Alabama with independent, licensed HVAC contractors. We are not an HVAC contractor, we do not perform HVAC work, and we do not employ the technicians who come to your home.

The contractor you are connected with is an independent business. They are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, diagnosis, pricing, workmanship, warranties, scheduling, and conduct. Any contract for work is between you and that contractor.

3. What the referral covers

Requests we route to licensed contractors include:

  • AC Repair
  • AC Installation & Replacement
  • AC Tune-Up & Maintenance
  • Heat Pump Repair
  • Furnace Repair
  • Ductless Mini-Split Service
  • Ducts, Thermostats & Indoor Air Quality

4. Pricing and payment

There is no charge to you for the referral and no referral fee. The contractor provides a free, no-obligation estimate and sets their own prices. All prices are quoted in US dollars. You pay the contractor directly for work you approve.

Any price ranges shown in our guides are general Alabama market figures for reference only. They are not our prices and they are not quotes.

5. Availability and response times

Same-day service is available in most covered areas during business hours, and the phone is answered 24/7 for emergencies. After-hours availability varies by area and by contractor. Nothing on this site is a guarantee of a specific arrival time.

6. Your responsibilities

  • Give accurate contact details, location, and a fair description of the problem
  • Confirm scope, price, and terms directly with the contractor before work begins
  • Follow safety guidance, including leaving the property and calling your gas provider or 911 if you smell gas

7. Guides and general information

The guides and blog posts on this site are general information for Alabama homeowners. They are not a diagnosis of your system and not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed technician. Always rely on the contractor's on-site assessment.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Alabama HVAC Experts and ADE Marketing are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site, the referral service, or any work performed by an independent contractor. Our role ends at connecting you with a licensed contractor.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Alabama HVAC Experts and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce it without permission.

10. Changes to these terms
